Omaha Hi-Low (8 or Better)

In Omaha Hi-Low(8 or Better) so called "pot"-these are pools which are divided between the highest and the lowest set made of cards from eight and lower ones. Because in "lower" set straights do not count, the best set is A-2-3-4-5. The reason is that, it can be used in "hi" as well as in "low". You can use different cards out of pocket and three different cards out of five communal cards for "hi" and "low" sets.

In this case you can have Kings Full House over fours as a high set, and 6-5-4-3-A as a low set.

Cards 7-6-4-3-2 win in a low set against 7-6-5-3-2-A. In other words, if the initial cards are the same (7-6-x-x-x), the winner is the player with the next lower card in a set (4 is lower than 5).

In a lower set you can not use two or more cards of the same worth (pairs threes of a kind or fours of a kind), i.e.: the player has:

I does not count as a low set, because the player can only use one four and one three ( so called (counterfit cards). The player has Fours Full House over threes, as a high set.
