Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow Poker is a combination of ancient Chinese dominoes and European poker. This game is called "a game of patience" because of a very slow pace and a large number of draws. You have the following cards

You have two pairs- a pair of Aces and a pair of Threes. In this case you would put the cards in the following way:

a lower set

3© 3ª

a higher set

Next, the croupier puts the cards in the similar way you (the player) did it- two cards in a lower set and five cards in a higher set. The croupier follows certain rules independently of what cards you have. You can use the same rules as a strategy to put the cards in sets. You win a bet when a higher as well as a lower set of cards wins against the croupier`s cards. You lose only when a higher and a lower set lose. If i.e. a lower set wins and a higher set loses, the result is a draw. When the banker and you have the same sets of cards ( i.e. in a lower set both of you have A K), the banker wins. The casino charges 5% commission of the winnings, that is $10 wins 9.50.
